CARF Dealer Intelligence

Every part of the dealership, connected through one system.

Inventory, deals, financing, marketing, parts and documents share one record. Data moves once. AI does the repeat work across departments, and you keep visibility of every step.

Modules and connections

What is inside each module

Seven modules around one record. Each module writes to the record the others read. Every connection listed here is a live CARF connection. Open one to read what it does and how it is turned on.

Inventory

The stock list every other part of the dealership reads from: listings, photos, your website, the deal, the bill of sale and the work order.

Sales & Deals

Deals, bills of sale, identity verification and the warranty products that go on the deal, all built on the unit already in Inventory.

Financing

CARF financing applications and the lender connections your dealership works with, attached to the customer and the deal.

Marketing

Email, conversion tracking and social publishing that run off the customer and inventory records already in CARF.

Dealer Website

An AI-built dealership website that reads your live stock list and sends leads, trade-ins and financing applications straight back into CARF.

Parts & Service

Work orders, estimates, invoicing, PDI and supplier ordering, on the same units and customers as the sales floor.

Documents & Payments

Digital signatures, payment processing and accounting, on the deals and work orders already in CARF.

The AI layer

AI that works the same records your staff do

CARF's AI agents run on top of the modules rather than beside them. They read the same units, customers and conversations your staff work in, and what they do stays visible in the record.

Scott is the dealer-facing sales agent. He answers Messenger and marketplace enquiries about a unit and moves the conversation to a lead, and how far he is allowed to go is a setting your dealership controls.

How activation works

Turn a connection on from inside CARF

  • Connections are turned on from Dealer Connections inside CARF. Some are requested there by your dealership; others are set up with CARF because they need an account or a contract with the provider first.
  • One master API Access and Data Sharing agreement covers every connection your dealership turns on, so there is one agreement to sign rather than one per provider.
  • A few connections require another connection first. Where that is the case, the connection page names what has to be in place.
