CDI

The AI layer. Colleagues that work from your own records.

CDI’s agents are not a chatbot bolted onto a dealer system. Each one has a job, reads the same dealership data everything else in CDI reads, and leaves a record of what it did.

Here is every agent a dealership can have today, what each one does, and the ones still in pilot.

4 agents you can have today

Each is its own connection, switched on from Dealer Connections inside CDI.

Ina

Marketing Manager

Writes, schedules and publishes your social posts from your own inventory — Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and your Google Business listing — so the units you need to move are the ones being seen.

Level 1 is free: you supply the video, Ina prepares and optimizes it for your YouTube channel. Paid levels add scheduling, posting and the rest of the channels.

Moe

Video Production

Produces finished walk-around videos of your stock — script, presenter voice and composition — ready for Ina to publish. Sold as a monthly allowance of completed videos.

Available now

Scott

Messenger & Marketplace

Answers the enquiries your posts bring in. He knows the unit being asked about, books the appointment, and hands you anything that needs a person — including the ones that arrive after you have closed.

Market Intelligence

Search and listing

Measures what your market is searching for, reads how your website and Google listing are performing, finds the gap, and writes the change that closes it — for you to approve.

Not a person but an agent all the same: it works every week, and every change it makes is logged with the value it replaced.

Running with dealerships now, not yet open to request

These are working on real dealerships today. We would rather say what they are than pretend they do not exist — but you cannot ask for one yet.

Fabio

Virtual Sales Manager

Watches the deals in progress and the stock behind them, and tells you where a deal is stalling or where a unit is sitting too long to leave alone.

In pilot — not yet open to request

Jamie

Parts Advisor

Works the parts side of a repair order: what the job needs, who stocks it, what it costs and when it lands.

In pilot — not yet open to request

Teresa

Accounting

Answers questions about your books — reconciliation, QuickBooks activity, what a number is made of — by reading the records rather than asking you to export them.

Read-only by design. Teresa reports and recommends; she does not post entries or close a period.

How they work

What is true of every one of them

They work from your records, not a copy of them

Every agent reads the same dealership data the rest of CDI uses. There is no second system holding a stale version of your inventory, your customers or your deals.

You decide what they may do on their own

Each agent has settings for what runs unattended and what waits for a person. You can change them, and you can switch an agent off, from inside CDI.

What they did is recorded

An agent that publishes, replies or changes something leaves a record of it, with what preceded it, so you can see what happened and put it back.

They are tools, not staff

Generated copy, replies and recommendations can be wrong. Everything an agent produces is yours to review, and the dealership remains responsible for what it publishes and tells a customer.
