Meta Publishing

What Meta Publishing will do

Meta Publishing will connect CARF's marketing and inventory workflows directly with supported Facebook and Instagram publishing.

Instead of recreating social posts manually, your team will be able to prepare content using information and media already stored inside CARF.

Planned capabilities include:

  • Prepare posts for the dealership's connected Facebook Page.
  • Prepare posts for the dealership's connected Instagram account.
  • Build vehicle-focused content from CARF Inventory.
  • Reuse existing vehicle photos and marketing assets.
  • Pull vehicle information directly from the stock record.
  • Use pricing, promotions, descriptions, and other supported inventory information when preparing content.
  • Keep social publishing closer to the dealership's existing marketing workflow.
  • Support customer engagement around published content where approved and enabled.

Your dealership already has the information needed to create better social content.

CARF can use the same vehicle record your team maintains for listings, your website, videos, promotions, and Sales & Deals as the starting point for social publishing.

  1. CARF Inventory
  2. Photos + Vehicle Details
  3. Pricing + Promotions
  4. Marketing Content
  5. Facebook / Instagram
  6. Customer Engagement

The goal is to reduce repetitive content creation while keeping social marketing aligned with the vehicles your dealership is actually selling.

Why dealers will use it

Social publishing should not require rebuilding the same vehicle information your dealership already manages somewhere else.

  • Prepare social content from existing CARF inventory.
  • Reduce repetitive copying of vehicle information.
  • Reuse photos, descriptions, pricing, and promotions already attached to the vehicle.
  • Keep dealership social content aligned with current inventory.
  • Make it easier to promote newly added or featured vehicles.
  • Bring Facebook and Instagram publishing closer to the rest of the marketing workflow.
  • Reduce the number of separate tools staff need to manage.

Coming soon

Meta Publishing is currently awaiting Meta approval for the permissions required to publish through connected dealership Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Once those permissions are approved and the Dealer Connection is released, eligible dealerships will be able to activate Meta Publishing from Dealer Connections inside CARF.

No dealer action is required yet.

Built for the CARF marketing workflow

Meta Publishing will work alongside the same inventory, customer, website, advertising, and Sales & Deals information already connected throughout CDI.

That means social content can start from real dealership records instead of becoming another disconnected marketing process.
